		<description>Having recently been to the USA to work with women across diversity I think what I noticed was that in fact people were developing work because it was what they wnated and not something which fitted into a certain funding stream.So in a sense the quality of work and creativity works from the idea, being active around an idea and then looking at funding. I think a lot does happen without funding but with people&#039;s own inertia</description>
