Best Believe is written from the UK’s second city and takes influence from independent arts, style, culture and creativity from around the globe as well as our own back yard. With a youthful swagger Best Believe features a mixed bag of articles, events, opportunities, interviews, reviews and the profiles of both established and emerging artists.
We endorse the growth of independent arts, culture and creativity in the city of Birmingham because we believe that it is this independence and entrepreneurial approach to creativity that gives our city it’s identity.
If you have anything that you would like Best Believe to feature please holler in the comments box.
Hi there,
I’m writing from BandCentral, a web application for bands to manage themselves online. You can check out the site here, watch a tour here and follow us @BandCentral.
In November we’re heading to Birmingham for the Music Live exhibition at the NEC (daytime to Hellfire Festival’s night), and I was wondering if you’d be heading there with Best Believe?
BandCentral is an application for musicians to manage every aspect of their band from one place online, and I think it would be of real interest to you and your readers. I’ll paste in our spiel below.
Let me know what you think, and if you make it to Music Live, be sure to drop by and say hello.
Cheers,
William

What is BandCentral?
BandCentral is a web tool that helps bands manage themselves online. BandCentral gives bands their very own online ‘Band HUB’ with all the tools they need to communicate with each other, store files, manage gigs/merch/music/money/tasks/fans/contacts and everything else associated with their band in one central, secure and instantly accessible place.
BandCentral is also great for Band Managers & record labels. By centralizing all aspects of a bands management activity, BandCentral encourages greater collaboration between the band, band manager and third parties (such as producers/ promoters) and minimizes the effort required to complete day-to-day admin tasks.
